Rodd Moncton Hotel

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, heated swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with printing during my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing visit!

The location was magnificent, adjacent to interesting restaurants, walking trail, tourist information, river and accessibility and the downtown are with many restaurants.

Decent base for discovering Moncton with exceptionally nice staff from the Manager to the Room staff. Decent sized and recently renovated rooms with snacks for purchase, fridge and a magnificent view of the marshes, free parking: D

The heating is a very loud hot air blower which makes the room very dry and stuffy.

Breakfast could be better

We had expected more. The location was good but very noisy. The breakfast is sparse and above all - plastic (cutlery, mugs, plates etc.). The room was okay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite it being basically sold out for a major event.

The bathroom and a few other aspects are a little dated but it's still a great place to stay in Moncton.

Great location right off Main St and steps away from the boardwalk. The standard king room had air conditioning, nice heating, and a tv. The shower had excellent pressure, and the private bathroom was clean. Loved the outdoor swimming pool. The staff were really nice and super helpful.

Included hot breakfast. The staff were able to find me a replacement room on the quiet south side.

High ambient street noise makes rooms on north side unuseable

Cut to the chase, here's my take

A clean room with a fine river view. The staff were friendly, addressing my needs promptly. Breakfast was a treat, with options like omelets and sausages. Ideal location near dining and shopping. My only minor issue was traffic noise, but it didn't overshadow my overall enjoyment.
